Integral Liquid Waterproofing Compound for Plaster & Concrete:

An integral liquid waterproofing admixture for concrete and cement mortar. It has good plasticising properties, makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation. The liquid is to be added to wet concrete or mortar. The product conforms to IS: 2645-1975 as an 'Integral waterproofing Admixture'. It fills up the capillaries in the concrete and plaster giving effective waterproofing.

Concrete / Plaster Enhancer:

 A specially formulated polymeric products are extremely effective additives for plaster and concrete. They helps in making plaster crack free and reduce shrinkage cracks in concrete. They holds cement and sand particles together, creating a network which will reduce water permeability. They can be used with both river sand and crushed sand. They are very good replacement for fiber products used in cement mortar and concrete.

Waterproof Coating:

A specially formulated acrylic polymeric product is an extremely effective waterproofing compound with a wide range of uses.

Joint Bonding Agent for both Concrete & Plaster:

A specially formulated polymer emulsion helps in forming a strong bond between concrete and concrete & concrete and plaster, it can also be used for filling cracks.

Bonding Agent for Gypsum:

A specially formulated polymer solution helps in forming a strong joint between concrete or plaster and gypsum.

Transparent Waterproof Coating:

A specially formulated polymeric product forms a transparent film which stops water leakage or seepage, while maintaining the aesthetics.

Waterproof Liquid for External Façade:

A single component, water based free flowing liquid developed specially for waterproofing of external façade, waterproofing of very difficult areas, wherein other waterproofing system cannot be implemented. It is ready to use material available in white color, which penetrates in to the pores. It dries to a clear and tough film which gives high quality waterproofing.

Primer Coating:

A water- based acrylic wall primer. It is designed for base coat for interior as well as exterior surface which provides best adhesion and resists primary efflorescence.

Elastomeric Waterproof Paint:

A green, single component, UV resistant, unique elastomeric, high build exterior waterproofing coating based on a revolutionary acrylic polymer with quick-set capabilities to resist moisture attack. Besides inherent waterproofing properties, Par Water Guard provides durable, flexible water resistant and water repellant properties. It is water based non toxic and very low viscosity.

Elastomeric Waterproof Roof Coating:

A specially formulated coating containing elastomeric acrylic polymers, graded fillers and pigments. It can bridge cracks up to 2 mm wide.

Heat Resistant Waterproof Coating:

A specially formulated coating containing elastomeric acrylic polymers for waterproofing and micro spheres having heat insulation property. Its 1 mm thick film makes the surface waterproof and gives a temperature difference of about 6–7 Degrees Celsius.

Cementitious Concrete Waterproofing:

A cementitious, brush applied, waterproofing treatment for concrete. When it is mixed with water & applied to concrete, it penetrates into the concrete mass protecting against the passage of water. CRYSTALLINE react chemically to form billions of needle like crystals which blocks the pores, voids & micro cracks in concrete. Pre saturation & subsequent re- wetting of the surface will cause deeper diffusion of the organic chemicals & formation of crystals at greater depth. It may take from seven days to one month to reach its maximum waterproofing capability, depending on the thickness of concrete. Environmental factors such as ambient temperature, density of concrete, moisture present & weather conditions all can effect the timing of sealing process.

Silicone based Water Repellent for Exterior Masonry Surfaces:

A clear silicone based repellent, which penetrates in bricks, stones, concrete and cementitious substrates pores, providing an effective water repellent protective coating. Its UV resistant properties make the film durable for outdoor use.

Water Reducing admixture for concrete:

A super plasticizing admixture to produce concrete with a low w/c ratio. When added to the concrete mix it gives a high slump without any bleeding or segregation in the fresh state and high early and ultimate strengths in the hardened state.

High Range Water Reducing Admixture for concrete:

A plasticizing admixture for concrete which provides a plastic and cohesive concrete mix with increased durability and reduced shrinkage in the hardened state. It provides excellent retention of slump with economical dosages.

Water based Curing Compound concrete surfaces:

A white pigmented synthetic emulsion based concrete curing compound. On drying, it forms a temporary membrane, which allows the concrete to retain sufficient water for optimum curing. This economical and efficient curing membrane eliminates the need for keeping concrete continuously wet for minimum 28 days. The white pigment reflects the light and heat of sun and minimises the chance of cracking of the surfaces.

Resin-based, Water Emulsion Curing Compound for Concrete and Plaster:

Water-based concrete and plaster curing compound is formulated from Acrylic resin and may be used on interior, exterior, vertical, and horizontal concrete and plaster surfaces. Once applied, it forms a premium-grade membrane that retains an optimum amount of water in freshly placed concrete or plaster for complete hydration of the cement. Water-based concrete curing compound is also reduced water loss up to 40-50% as compare to uncoated concrete.

Shuttering Oil / Concrete Form Release Agent:

Shuttering Oil / Concrete form release agent that provides quick, easy and clean release of concrete from forms. It provides a smooth, flat surface, free of voids and defects. It will not transfer from forms and it leaves concrete surfaces unstained, ready for re-use almost instantly.

Water Reducing Slump Retaining Admixture for Concrete:

A specially formulated organic plasticizer improves the workability of concrete, reducing water requirement and making the concrete stronger. It retards the setting of concrete so that transportation of RMC is not a problem.

Polycarboxylic ether MID range water reducer-Economical:

A unique combination of the latest generation super plasticizers, based on polycarboxylic ether polymers with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs which is enhanced by stearic dispersion. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flowable concrete.

Flowable Mortar for repairs to damaged reinforced concrete members:

A ready to use dry powder which requires only addition of clean water at site to produce a free flowing non shrink repair micro concrete. This is specially designed for repairs to damaged reinforced concrete elements, particularly where areas is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is difficult or impossible.

Ready Mix Polymer Mortar:
